Conference Fees

Early bird (until February 15th, 2016)

• Regular registration: 350 euros
• Students registration: 150 euros 

Normal (after February 15th, 2016)

• Regular registration: 400 euros
• Students registration: 200 euros 

Regular Attendees  Registration Fees will include:

• The confence registration, 
• The compilation of abstracts
• Lunches and coffee breaks & light refreshments
• Boat trip (Bosphorus tour) and the Conference Banquet at Villa Bosphorus.

Students  Registration Fees will include:

• The confence registration,
• The compilation of abstracts
• Lunches and coffee breaks & light refreshments
• Without Boat trip (Bosphorus tour &  Cocktail) and Conference Banquet (Villa Bosphorus)

The fees do not include accommodation (see Accomodation on the left menu for further information about hotels near the conference location)

Extra Items

• 80 euros Boat trip (Bosphorus tour) and conference banquet at Villa Bosphorus

 *The boat trip (Bosphorus tour) and conference dinner will be held on April 12 Tuesday, 2016.
